Please note that even though you receive an email stating your order has “shipped,” this message is automatically generated as soon as your shipping label is created. After that, it takes us a few days to prepare and package your items, as everything is made and packed fresh.

Please allow 5–6 days for preparation before your order is handed off to USPS or UPS for shipment. Usually, it does not take this long to prepare but if it does--it is because we have to prepare it all fresh for you.
