Two of our crackers for custom cracking. We have six regular crackers and one air cracker for this.

No appointment needed when you bring in your pecans to be cracked from October-December. You can wait while we crack them for you, or you may leave them and come back at your convenience. During our off season, please call for a cracking appointment and we will be happy to get you in. 660-322-1635

Shaking/blowing pecans makes them easier to pick out.

Shaking and Blowing

We offer "shaking" and "blowing" for your pecans as well. It makes it much easier to separate the halves from the shells. Once you have them shaken, you will be spoiled...you won't want them any other way! Try it!
