Miller Pecan Farms has been supplying high quality, reliable pecan products since 1972.
We package our products with the utmost care. When Dean and Ruth started this business, Mrs. Miller loved to see the delight on her customers’ faces when they enjoyed her products, and over 50 years later, she still strives to supply the best products for her customers to enjoy. Here at the farm, we take great pride in our products, and customer satisfaction, as well. Dean and Ruth love their business, and want to welcome you to the “Nut House”!
It all starts with a highchair!
When Dean was a young child, he and his family picked up pecans. Each night they would bring the pecans home and put them in a dishpan. As soon as Dean’s father would finish farming, he would crack all the pecans with a squirrel cracker that was attached to Dean’s high chair, one at a time. Then Mrs. Miller would call all her children in to pick out the pecans. Every night Dean would pick out the pecans with little complaints. One night little Dean grew tired of picking out pecans and exclaimed, “Boy! When I grow up, I am never going to look at another pecan in my life!” Needless to say Dean changed his mind and has introduced his family into a business that now cracks more pecans in one day than his family could crack in a whole season back then. We would like to welcome you to continue the tradition with us!

Whether it’s the pecans you come for, or maybe the candy, you’ll enjoy the rolling fields and beautiful country scenery on your way into our farm. You can even take a picture with a 170+ year old pecan tree that’s been struck by lightening twice! History of Miller Pecan Farms
Our Beginning
We started with one pecan cracker to crack our own pecans, when Dean and Ruth decided they would have their kids crack pecans for the neighbors to teach them the value of money. Word spread over the years of the Miller's small side business of cracking pecans for people, so they purchased more crackers. After a few years of this, they decided to purchase a grove of 1,500 pecan trees and ten more crackers and the rest was history.
Candy Kitchen
About five years after opening their business of custom pecan cracking, Mrs. Miller decided to add candying to her repertoire. She began with Praline Pecans and the business grew from then on. We now have over 85 different candies, nuts, mixes and other products to choose from in our store. Come in and see for yourself just how delicious Mrs. Miller's candies are, we give free samples every day!
